Not friendly at all and they discriminate against you when you are homeless because of your past experience with living in the park and won't let you stay with your family who owns a trailer free and clear because they discriminate against you for nothing! My Mom owns a trailer in the park and has her younger brother temporarily staying with with her on and off because he lost his home to a house fire but yet there was false reports that I was staying with her and now they are kicking her out!
Needs overhauled and cleaned out.
Oh I had a good time here it's been a really great time I love living here it's a beautiful place to be oh I just love it I moved in today I'm going to love it here it's really great I got a nice lady lives here and she's going to help straighten my life and everything is going to be great beautiful girl that I see lives here in your trailer part and I'm going to have a really good time here
I am Proud to call Jacques MHP my Home, The Management is Top Notch and takes care of any problems quickly.
I have revised my rating. New management and maybe new owners? The park is being "cleaned up".
