This is hands down the best place for your stay! We stayed for a year and had the best experience! It is a covered space that protected our RV from the weather elements as well as shade from the Texas heat gave us a perfect spot to enjoy to country living. It has tons of room where we were able to house our RV as well as have a covered porch for family gatherings and games. As well as space to park our 3 vehicles in addition to our RV. We have neighbors but still have the privacy we were looking for with it being covered and have your own space. The views are breathtaking especially at sunset. It is tucked away in Tuscola so you have a sense of privacy & views of the country with the convenience of being in town. 2 minutes away from the grocery store, gas station, and local restaurants. It doesn’t feel like your typical RV Park but rather making it sooo much nicer!! The owner, Forest is so welcoming and helpful in the whole process and just an all around great person! Very accommodating and loved our stay! 5 star and would recommend this place 10/10 times to my friends and family! Thank you Forrest for an amazing experience!!

This is the first place we have found that has such fantastic accommodations for long term Rv use. The coverings and concrete pads with parking for 2. The distance between rigs and the way the area is set up. The fact it is located in a quiet residential area. Access to a local propane co. to rent a tank along with auto tank refills puts your mind at ease to never run out of propane! But the best part, is the owner, Forest. His ultimate concern is for those who reside here. He does what ever he can to accommodate their needs. If it means adding fencing around the covering for added pet safety or adding a porch for increased accessibility to your RV, Forest will handle the job. Friendliness, kindness and genuineness go a very long way! My husband and myself are very happy we found this place!

I was so lucky to get a spot in this quiet, clean, covered, safe facility. The owners are great. They're super easy to live near and made for easy friendship. Close enough to the big city to take care of big needs. Far enough away to have none of the problems. Out of the way, there are rarely any passers-by. All of the residents are friendly when you see each other but also very respectful of privacy and keeping a quiet little spot on the world. All the utilities are here- reliable high amperage electricity, good water supply, direct sewer access, high speed internet, concrete pads under (almost) full covers, and clothes washing facilities. 10/10 recommend. (I wouldn't have left if work didn't force me to)

This place is awesome! The owner, Forest is a fantastic guyand went out of his way to accomodate us. Very quiet and rural which is what I like. 50 amp power and concrete pads with metal shades are fantastic. Dogs can run off leash. Excellent place, and even cooler owner. Definitely stay here!!!

We love this place!! And the owner Mr. Forrest McBride has gone above and beyond! My husband asked him about a porch and within just a few days Mr. McBride was knocking on my door delivering us a porch! This guy is always working around the place. We enjoy the fruit trees he has planted and the concrete slabs and covered parking make this place the best around for parking your RV.
