Customer Reviews
Great place. Nice beach. Good swimming area. Usually a bit too crowded for us so we go on off peak usage days and times. It is much more enjoyable when it is less crowded and you don't hear 10 different loud people playing loud music and trying to talk over their radios.
Parks department workers were polite and courteous, kept up with trash receptacles which are well placed. Park is clean and well maintained. Not enough sites for overnight camping. A little bit busy and noisy for my taste.
Worth the 12 hr. drive second annual!! Looking to make many more memories in the years to come
Wonderful campsite. They keep it very clean. There is a playground for kids as well. The Brazos river authority was driving by often to check trash and make sure everyone was behaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to camp out.
We camped for 3 nights across the parking spaces, South of Tribeca in D&D (aka B.R.A. #4 North) it is a fenced off campground, well maintained fee camping area (fees only apply on the weekends) that has a boat dock and ramp as well as a sectioned off swimming area that was wonderful. Neighbor in campers had music going till very late but the flushing bathroom/showers were clean and maintained! I recommend this campground.
