Roads are bumpy. Properties need attention. All the driveways stay flooded and muddy. It’s ridiculous.
Place is not bad for the price. I know if you folks who live in there and don't really have any issues. Lot rent is like 200 though which is a little steep for the area.
It used to be a nice place to live, but the new management has ruined it. The manager "Mayor Don" stole a trailer from a handicapped woman and all but ruined her life. The whole place looks horrible and run down, and that's a lot to say for Nicholson.
Roads are full of pot holes and are red clay. The individual parking is not well defined but the environment is family oriented. There is no on site laundry or recreational area or building
