I have lived here since 03/21. The trash, water, and sewer is included in rent. The electric company is Cleco. Nice quiet community. Management has always responded within a day to any maintenance requests I made in a Profesional manner.

We love living here it is very peaceful. Even better now since it's no longer owned by Mike Messer. He was such a judgemental jerk; very rude and disgusting person. ✌️
