$20 for application fee. We asked about additions and the lady next to him said no. So he said no addition added to the side of the mobile home. He said there are 50 available spots. Lies.... He said drive around the park and pick an empty spot with the water pipe sticking out the ground and an electric pole. We drove the whole park. This is what we found. A double wide and mobile homes with additions added on. We felt discriminated. There is cement coming into the park until you go to the back there are rocks with pot holes. Sharing my experience. I'm not interested in lies.

Worst place ever muddy smells bad and land lord is a crook that puts nots of eviction with no time to get out or she'll keep your property

A complete dive. Slidells only slum Lord. They collect rent, order you not to repair anything but refuse to fix the floors that are falling through or the air conditioner that doesn't work. They do leave you alone and it's fairly quiet, but that's about it.

Who ever owns the trailer park needs to take care of the dumpster situation. So much trash falling out of the dumpster. It's really gross.
