Great mobile home park and my father lived there for about 20 years and when he passed away, I had to sell the mobile home and Laura, the office manager was fantastic. She helped above and beyond what anyone else would’ve done and stayed in constant communication with me and made the process transitioning the new person as smooth as possible, and I truly am grateful for her!!!
Very understanding if you need to do something, just talk to them and let them know!! If you disagree with something, just talk to them nicely and respectful and that goes a long way! I came home from work on Monday and my hard had been mowed, that was so nice, I called the park and asked if they knew about it and they said the guys had done it from the park as a courtesy!!! That was very nice
it’s the worst place to live we are constantly getting harassed by the office management we are getting fined for no reason management put a “home under eviction” paper on our door twice and they don’t even mind on knocking so that we can speak to them the two guys that are always walking around are extremely rude to us and my dog they leave notes at our door everyday they are harassing us every chance they get !! and it’s very unpleasant they don’t let us live in peace! we also had already paid our rent and they sent us a paper saying we owed $750 or we would get evicted and when we went to the office they said “ we thought you didn’t pay your monthly rent “ there are other homes that have major problems and we are getting targeted for no reason and making us pay fines that make no sense!
I would give zero stars if i could but it is so unfair the fact that mangment fines you for having a chair outside The two gentlemn walking around "picking up trash" are constantly watching what you do and what you have I speak for the Hispanic community that can't speak up about everything they are getting fined for it's honestly a disrespect coming from our same race we understand the rules and laws of this parking lot but management does the most when it comes to little things instead of having communication with us they are quick to fine you Also The management is very rude!! it's not the best option to come live here
currently living here and man- besides being harassed by our neighbor 24/7 management absolutely sucks. at this point it’s just them harassing us because we are younger. i normally don’t rate things but this trailer park sucks honestly. we get notes every day meanwhile the notes we are getting no one else is and they’re doing the same thing. i’m unsure why we got targeted but here we are. i’m leaving this review because of the note we recieved today- it set me over the edge. Especially when i drive up and down Owen Creek trailer park and see 20+ cars parked on the side of the road and in grass. Did they get notices too?? Probably not. We have a two car carport. and whenever we have company they park in our grass. AS DOES EVERYONES COMPANY. but we got a notice about it? 10/10 do not rent here. also- i had my door wide open today. and instead of knocking and handing me the notice they stuck it in my door. if you’re going to bring me a notice KNOCK! because maybe i’d like to talk about it. god knows the phone won’t be picked up when i go to talk. I get places have rules and regs. and i’m fine with those. but they have to be in place for everyone. not just the people you don’t like.
