Great place to stay. I had a few issues with my timeline for when I could move in, Steve made the process extremely easy for me. I have been here almost a year now and any issue I have had was responded to and resolved so fast it can barely be called an issue. The issues I speak about are very few and small by the way. The reason I write the review( which I never do) is because they deserve it. For great service I'm thankful, for above and beyond service, I'll write a review. An example of this is, it's Christmas time currently, and I get a knock at my door. Mr. Steve and Mrs. Debbie just stopped by to deliver the BEST trailmix I've ever had. They took the time to think about their residents. That's honorable anytime. Its 2020 now and we all know how hard that can be. They still gave the thought and took the time. The price is reasonable, the amenities are gracious, the location is centralized. These are all good things about this place, but the reason I was moved to write a review was the Owners. We get treated like family here, and that means more than all the other great things this place has to offer.

We stayed here a little over 2 months while my husband was working. It really is a nice park pretty quite. The wifi was great the entire time. There are big rocks which I personally didn't care for but that is preference. Key points. Nice, quite, good wifi, and good price. Would pick to stay here again.

Great, no frills park for a very affordable price. Wifi works great for me. Driveway is crushed concrete, no pads. Two laundry mats on site that stay clean. Not far to drive to town, feels like being in the country!
