Customer Reviews
Got me in quick no issues my kiddos made friends quickly here which I’m glad I love my home and never had an issue here they got me in quick and management was very friendly as well.
So many homeless people and broken in trailers. New management doesn’t care. I feel like I can’t even walk my dog during the daylight because of the sheer amount of randoms.
New management has done such a great job turning this park around. There's some really great people that live here. Plenty of children playing throughout the park. Everyone gets along. The park looks amazing compared to what previous management had done. We enjoy the park we enjoy the tenants and we enjoyed our managers. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone with children of any age and to anyone that enjoys their peace and quiet
If I could give it a negative score I would..worst rental I have experienced. Promised 1st month free then tried charging me for that month plus late fees. When I refused to pay it, they gave me an eviction notice. I refused to leave in 3 days and on the 4th day every sink, toilet and bathtub were backed up. Scammers to get your deposit and 1st months rent then try to evict. The manager receives a commission for every rental so when the park is full he isn't making any commissions, if they evict someone they can re rent and get commission. Do not rent here.
The road between the trailers are/is very raggedy.
