It is a lower end trailer park. But there are a lot of trees and some spots that have nice yards with wooded views. The rents are on the lower end for Poplar Bluff so if you are looking for a place to live and dont have much to spend. Also those of you who cant pay for a past due bill from Municipal Utilities these are Ozark Border utilities. Something to consider.
