Use to be a nice park to live in. Bill Bounds did great job keeping it up and keeping the pool open for the residents during summer . I was told the staff said no one wanted to be bothered with upkeeping it . It is really a shame that we residents can not enjoy the pool just because staff does not want to do what they are paid to do . No wonder most new residents come to live here are from other countries and just really are thankful to find a place to live . Writing for a friend .

Prices are cheap, the ppl who run it have changed and are not as nice but they give us no problems. We wound up with mice all in our furniture and had to throw our couches and beds away.

The speed bumps are 6" tall so if you have a low car you will scrape your oil pan. Also, there are no street lights so if you are trying to make a delivery after dark you are screwed.

I went in the other day to look for a rental the woman behind the counter folder and looked at me with discussed as if we don’t have any rentals.
