Needs patrol personnel lots of people in trailer park and lots of TLC 👍😄

It's not too bad. There's a new property manager who is making improvements... Some people let their dogs run free, which is annoying. The new trailers are on top of each other, so there's virtually no yard, and parking is difficult if you have more than 2 vehicles.

Very nice place and it's coming along and a lot of the trash has been cleaned up and it looks so much better.
