If I could give this place zero stars then I would. I've live over here for a year. At first, you could contact someone about anything. For the last 7 or 8 months, we can't get in touch with anyone. I need a number that freaking works. I can't get in contact with anyone. I won't be renewing my lease. I wouldn't suggest this place to ANYONE!!! Especially with the amount I'm paying in rent for the roads to have potholes the size of a ditch. Plus you any to ride around sticking letters on people's doors but yet you can't answer the phone.
Rebecca has been absolutely amazing! She was able to get Terry to fix a leaking roof I've been dealing with forever. The place is clean and quiet! I just signed my 4th rental!
I have been here now for a month. I love my house and how much space is inside it. I love the fact that I can call the lady in the office because something is messed up in my house and they will come and fix it. It is quite and I love where I am at. I never liked living in town but I actually like living here. It is very convenient when I need to go to town now and when I need to see my family because I live in the middle. I also love the school system and how close I am so when my son starts school I am right there. I definitely recommend living here. They have been working really hard to get it cleaned up and I am very impressed. Thank you Deer Haven and keep up the good work.
I went today to apply for one of the homes here (Deer Haven) I spoke with Mrs. Tiffany Taylor. She was very nice and helpful. Even let my son go through her toy box. He got himself a hacky sack
I was just there visiting our daughter & son-in-law's home. But the little time I was there was 2 cars came in with really loud music playing. But I guess it is a pretty fare place to live. My daughter and my son-in-law have been there 6 years. Its a trailer park you get what you pay for
