It's the nicest trailer park in town, and it's very pleasant, but it's run by some new brindle company that makes silly upgrades and raises the lot rent to apartment levels. New Street signs, New office, New promotional signs, but they won't remove the dead trees that are threatening dozens of homes. Lots of silly community building stuff, but nothing about upkeep.

This place is a very nice area. Very clean and people take care of their yards and houses. It is a lot better than North Hills!! I’m sad that I can’t fence in my yard for my dogs but other than that, I am happy living here:)

On site Park management is horrible. Some of the newer tenants trashing homes in the community as well as causing damage to other tenants property. If you attempt to make improvements to your home you are harassed while others homes are allowed to be surrounded by garbage and allowed to throw blacktop and cement into the road causing damage to other tenants vehicles.
