Blight in our community~ grade a Hovel. Trash. Mattresses. Tarps on roofs; Garbage sitting everywhere. Looks like an episode of hoarders hit by tornados; Dilapidated, uninhabitable abandoned rvs; Drug addict and near homeless camp. Avoid.

Cheap lot rent but garbage EVERYWHERE and the Laundry room/ shower house is in ruins... Hole in the floor of the shower, 1 washing machine works and you have to turn it on with channel locks.. If the owner would sink 5k into this building and pay someone to clean the park once a week it would be alright...

this place is technically doesn't even deserve 1 *but the lot we got was very nice but we have been here 13 days have no sewer as promised there is one shower and the shower that's been here was the whole bottom busted out my foot got caught into the bottom of it there was trash everywhere. We paid for a month I'm within one week of still having no sewer no way to shower the dryers not working right we had asked for a refund even offer to pay the weekly rate which was much higher than the monthly rate and just give us the balance back he said oh no refunds didn't care, we get what you paid for. And obviously here at McCoys you don't get what you paid for there are no hot showers pleural there's not even a shower there is not a working washer and dryer part of the time you have no sewer he tells you you can move to another lot but the other lots are having sewer problems too so we haven't been able to dump .

We toured this place. It is small and most of the campers and the lots they are parked in . are run down. The roads are nonexistent. The fence running along the back is broken and in disrepair. The nasty shower is a single unisex shower in the back of the laundry room. The washing machines and dryers are in pieces and do not look as if they work. There was a terrible smell in the air, and it wasn't sewer smell that you'd expect to find occasionally in a campground . I wouldn't want to advise anyone to stay here. Not even my worst enemy.
