I'm a resident here and have had nothing but issues since day one. even with the previous owners. its 10 degrees outside all my pipes are frozen they don't have any available maintenance which is odd. you would think a housing community would have 24/7 maintenance. i call the manager multiple times and finally get an answer for her to tell me she just got off a plane and no one is available to assist us... the maintenance they sent to hook up my heat tape months ago just draped it over my pipes and left it... I assured them it would not work like it should and here we are every inch of my pipes are frozen and no one to help.. its under 50 degrees in my home which is unacceptable... I just want to know when this is going to change.. no part of this operation can be legal. check out the uploaded photo for the heat tape and gfi outlet '' maintenance '' installed
Jan 14, 2025 · freddie gulkerNew owners are corporates and treat as such. They bought the last place that was safe to call home for many all for a dollar. They have insulted our community center and made mistake after mistake there unprofessionalism knows no limits and the manager they hired for the park is NEVER available, dresses like she's lounging at home, is rude to tenants barking orders from 2 trailers down, having never even introduced herself. While the park may have not been the best and could use improvement what's happening there now is heart breaking for those who have lived there for 10,20,30 years. It's so sad to see it now.
Jan 10, 2025 · Vanessa CramarNeeds new management who cares for their tenants, plus help them out instead of smoking weed. We aren't getting hold of her for no good reason but have real problems. I guess if you don't do drugs then you're not important as the ones who does.
Jan 23, 2024 · Brenda SieversI'm sorry I don't like to leave bad reviews. This place is not a good place to raise a family. Most trailers are from 1970s. Something is wrong with there water. There's always something wrong with the well and it backs up into your pipes. Messes up plumbing and washers. No water pressure. It's the ghetto trailer park of Columbia City. Everyone knows this place isn't good. But if you absolutely are needing a place and you don't care who lives by you and you don't mind the rust or no heat then I'm sure you could buy one for 10,000 plus. Yes extremely over priced. Not sure how they get away with that either. It's gotta be illegal
Aug 18, 2021 · AugustaManager makes you pay for repairs when you rent to own. Only her "friends" are allowed to do what they want. Owners dont care about the place. No way to contact them at all. Oh and they have no rule book either. At least I wasnt given one. Kids run all over the place and the neighbors are loud and rude. So many more bad things to say. Hopefully we can move soon because I cant stand it out here any longer!
