Customer Reviews
If there was a negative star symbol, I would vote for this place. Manager here is very bad. Jannet treated the tenants here like slaves. When we ask her about anything, she doesn't care and never answers. When she comes to the office, she doesn't pay attention to what we say. Surely maybe it's because we are Asian that she looks down on us. Her attitude is very different from Jessica. As enthusiastic and good as Jessica is, Jannet is even worse
The construction crew and property manager mistakenly hit our RV with their tractor while conducting construction on site. Instead of taking accountability and being honest about their mistake, they lied to my mother in law in an attempt to cover it up. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone using these lots. We didn’t even complete our first month before this happened to our new RV.
Janet Jaimes is running this place into the ground. She is violating about 100 fair housing policies with the way she enforces rules and regulations. She walks around dressed unprofessional, with a horrible attitude, and is the most racist manager I've ever seen. I have filed complaints with the city, fair housing and will be filing a complaint with Cairn. She's policed our porches to basically unliveable standards (our childrens OUTSIDE toys can't be outside), is now enforcing 2 vehicles per household, while 99% of this community has 3 or more vehicles per household. She leases to unqualified illegal residents and cares more about the curb appeal than the crime continuously happening. She is never reachable, never returns phone calls, and is paid a salary she definitely does not deserve. Cairn please hear our neighborhood cries and stop this madness and remove her from this property or be prepared to lose more and more tenants. Also, there has to be available visitor parking to enforce these rules but I will allow code enforcement to address these issues and fair housing if you fail to do something quickly. You have so many people who have lived here happily for so long, please value resident retention over this unprofessional behavior before your company is brought up against heavy fines for unfair treatment.
My family and I moved here 3 years ago. My first impression of this place was intriguing because there was a lot of trees and speed bumps. The neighborhood gave me a weird vibe. After living here for a little bit I started taking notice that this place can be a little petty about the slightest little things. I had guests over and we tried our best to squeeze the cars in our driveway. The next day they left a note at our door warning us not to do that otherwise they would tow the vehicles. Last year, I noticed the water randomly shuts off sporadically. I NEVER get emails of notice about the water. So I decided to call them... MULTIPLE TIMES on multiple occasions. And guess what? They never answer. I thought maybe they’re not at their office so that’s why I attempted to call on different times on different days. I emailed... no reply. What the hell.
After living here for the last 30 years, I have to say that it IS definitely a safe and family friendly environment. We have lots of trees, making it like living in a campground. As someone noted, yes, we have lots of Mexican and other South American folks living here, and they make and are great neighbors! All of us here are friendly and outgoing. The Owners, Manager, and Maintenance personal are extremely helpful and friendly as well! If you don't like living here, well, maybe you should go find someplace else to live...just sayin' :-)
