Customer Reviews
We stayed 3 nights & it was a great place to stay away from all the touristy stuff in the area. We liked having a quiet base camp. We chose a middle site with a shade tree which meant we had 50 amp, but had to fill our water tank as there was no direct water hookup. Outside loop have water & electric. Very quiet & liked walking our pup around the fairgrounds. Did not us the bathhouse, but it looked clean. Would stay here again.
No frills, basic campground. Sites are gravel, pretty level. Dry grass areas. All sites are 20/30/50 electric hook up. Only water hook ups are on back row. Some water spigots are scattered in park. Pretty quiet unless there’s noise at the salvage yard next door. No dog poop stations but good walking around fairgrounds. Didn’t use bathrooms/showers. No laundry. Camp hosts were very friendly. Very close to town. We would stay here again.
Nice area!
