The community curb appeal has significantly improved. It’s nice to see the community manager out in the community and trying to enforce the rules. Angie (manager) is readily available anytime we need to communicate with her. Keep up the great work and appreciate all you’ve done thus far.

We’ve lived here since 2020 & Meagan has been a great manager to this community. The effort she puts in on a daily basis to make this community look great & feel like a safe environment is outstanding! She put together trick or treating for the kids in the community & it was a great turn out!

Megan Alexander is the current community manager, and has done a wonderful job turning this park around. She is so kind, and always willing to help. She has a great professional attitude, but is also just as sweet as can be. You can tell she has put a lot of effort into the community, and is well respected by residents. She does a great job communicating. Thank you Megan, it would not be the same without you :)

They are sticklers about how your place looks and what you use your porch for. Airplanes.... You get used to it. Blue Angels... Okay, it has been a few years now, and I feel I need to update my review. So my lot rent is $661. I own my trailer. It has a new park manager and so far she has been super nice. 8/27/24

The manager, Meg, is amazing and has really turned this place around for the better! She is personable and easy to work with and has the owners/tenants as her first priority. I have owned and continue to own homes within the park and it is because of how well it is ran by Meg and how nice she has made the community.
