The owners of this mobile home park should be ashamed of themselves. Upkeep of this place is seriously overdue. There are so many overgrown trees that are literally on top of homes. I hope a strong hurricane or storm never pass through because the risk of falling trees is imminent! Also the swimming pool hasn’t been viable for years. I’m pretty sure that amenity is included in the lot fee but the pool hasn’t been cleaned in years. I don’t live here but I frequent this neighborhood often. It is an absolute disgrace.
Aug 01, 2024 · Sharonda BrownIn bad need of repair. Roads are almost impassable when it rains and some huge potholes that are imaginable. Pool that hasn't worked in over a year. Tenants that let their young kids play on the roads late at night. Definitely needs new management to attend to the condition of it.
Jul 20, 2024 · Barbara LangloisI lived there with my family since 2013. We moved to four different homes while we lived there. Each one left in perfect condition. Always paid our rent on time. Never any trouble. When my family had to move so my grandson could go to a school for special needs children, I let the park manager know we were moving. We were gone within two weeks because "he already had it rented." Now, they are refusing to give me my $850 deposit back. I did not receive my deposit on any of the homes we lived in. The manager said if we moved before the 5th and left it in move-in condition, we would get our deposit. HE LIED. Do not rent from this park. They will take your money. They did the same thing to my daughter and she is a single mother to a disabled child. We had to pay for a new porch because ours was rotting. We never got steps to our back door. My daughters bathroom was unusable because it continuously leaked into her son's bedroom. Its a beautiful, quiet park that will not honor its own lease agreement about moving out. We were the perfect tenants and this is how we were rewarded.
Apr 14, 2023 · Melissa LaneDo not move here i have live here for over a year and now with new management they are forcing every one who do not own there trailer out. A few people recieved the same notice on 9/14/2024. You have to leave buy the end of the month
Sep 16, 2024 · jasmine woodsAs of September 2024, the mobile home park have new owners. They was brought out by SC More Ventures LLC. This is the third owners within 10 years. So many people have left in the month of October 2024. Maybe, because of the $100 increase on the lot fee per month or the mobile homes are now only rent to own or you already have to own the home - no more rentals or they was behind on lot fee(It was, catch up or move out) Either way, it was a sad sight to see so many people's belongings on the sidewalk. As of a few days ago, there's no more swimming pool either. In September 2024, everyone had to redo their application, the pool was still intact, the pool was included as an amenity in the $100 lot increase. One and a half months later it's bulldozed and filled up with dirt. As time move forward , I'm going to watch and see if anything going to be done about the over-grown trees and tree limbs that are hanging dangerous over many of the homes making it resemble a forest, making it very difficult to keep up with the fallen leaves, the broken limbs that falls on the roof and no sunlight hitting the homes making it look gloomy because trees are covering the roofs. I guess time will tell.
