Tenants seem friendly, entrance road is a definite 0 out of 5 in terms of maintenance & the entrance sign is not well seen until right on top of it.

Moved here 2015 as my forever home. Everyone looked out for each other like one big family and yet most of us minded our own business and kept to ourselves. 2021 a out of state person purchased the property and it that short time period jacked the rent $160 we had problems with manager but they finally started to listen and took care of that. Only problem now is who owns this property when did they sell out and just like all other notices they should have informed us of the sell but did not. We have no contact info on the property most calls and texts are ignored and when they do go thru its almost a feeling that its autogenerated! Rumors run fast and free and so you can not believe anything you hear, here and the county recorder has no info of ownership and other property info sites are coming up empty handed. This is crazy and so messed up in all ways but i figure the guy that bought it in 2021 is who to sue! Eh? Like he started all the stress to begin with! So rating the place i would have given a 5+ in 2015. Today its a negative -5 if google would fix their rating system!!
