Friendly management and neighbors. There is room between mobile homes so you can landscape as you wish. Lot rent is the most reasonable in the area , and was not stripped of all the old growth trees so Large shade trees abound.
Orange Manor has some of the best residents. They look out for each other & are very friendly. Some residents have been here over 20 yrs!! The owner is not on property, but their are managers who live on property. Not the best. It is the same family for 3 generations that i know of. I understand from some of current & past residents that since the daughter & her husband took over, things have gone downhill. I've only been here with this management so i can't say about the past managers except i met one of them, and he was a nice man. He went around to residents he knew and said hello. They all liked & missed him. The daughter is sneaky, rude, and doesn't know the law to be a manager. She makes it up as she goes. She better learn the law for the disabled before she has this owner fined heavily. The husband is very nice Unfortunately he has to answer to her & since she is not certified or licensed, he too can get into alot of trouble. He runs a small business out of the "managers" house/office with no permits. They want to enforce Park rules on residents, yet they are breaking them. There has been much turnover in the last year or so. Some past residents said it is because of management. If old mangers were still here, they would be too.
Great place to live, wonderful people live there. Ive lived in "nicer" mobile home communities with all the luxuries, however the people where always causing problems. I love Orange Manor and am so grateful I was able to purchase in there. I have no reason to live anywhere else.
I've lived in Orange Manor since 2012, and it is just a great place to live. Peaceful little park. And the managers are awesome!
Nice quiet neighborhood. My Mom, and then my Brother both lived here . They both loved the area and the community and made life long friends here. The management is family owned and they have genuine concern for your happy eds and we'll being.
