While explicit details on every service may not be available in general public reviews, we can infer common offerings typical of a "safe and pretty clean" mobile home park:

  • Lot Rental: The core service is providing individual lots for the placement of manufactured homes. Residents lease these lots, which typically include essential hookups.
  • Utility Hookups: Each mobile home lot is expected to have connections for crucial utilities, including electricity, water, and sewer services. Specific arrangements for utility billing (e.g., included in lot rent, sub-metered, or direct billing from utility providers) would be clarified by park management.
  • Waste Management: Regular trash collection services are a standard amenity, contributing to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the park.
  • Common Area Maintenance: Given the description of the park as "pretty clean" and "well kept," it implies that the management actively maintains common areas. This typically includes landscaping of shared green spaces, upkeep of internal roads, and general tidiness of community facilities.
  • On-Site Management/Support: The efficient operation of a safe and clean community usually indicates the presence of on-site management or readily available administrative support. This team would handle resident inquiries, enforce park rules, and manage daily operations.
  • Community Rules Enforcement: To ensure the "quiet" and "safe" environment, the park likely has established rules and regulations covering aspects like noise levels, pet policies (if applicable), and property maintenance standards for individual homes, with management responsible for enforcement.
  • 55+ Community Focus: While a feature, the active management of the 55+ age restriction can also be considered a service, ensuring the demographic profile of the community is maintained, catering to the preferences of its residents.

I recently revisited this park. For starters it is a 55 plus park. The park seems very safe and pretty clean. Most of the mobile homes are very small and theres not much room between mobile homes. Parking is minimum also most mobile homes have parking for one car. I would recommend this park to a person that doesnt need alot of room. I would be confident if my grandmom lived here.
