As a content writer specializing in local business SEO, it's important to convey that specific "promotions" or "special offers" for a private and highly-regarded campground like Out on the Creek are often communicated directly by the owners. Given the emphasis on personalized service and the small, intimate nature of the campground, widespread, publicly advertised discount campaigns may be less common than with larger, corporate-owned parks.
However, the "offer" here lies in the exceptional value provided by the private, clean, and well-maintained sites, coupled with the outstanding customer service. While explicit percentage discounts might not be consistently advertised, the campground does outline its pricing structure, which implicitly offers variations based on site type and season:
- Primitive Tent Sites: Priced affordably per night.
- Water & Electric (30 Amp) Sites: Slightly higher rates for added convenience.
- Water & Electric (50 Amp) Sites: Another tier for higher power needs.
- Seasonal Sites: Available for extended stays (e.g., April 15-October 15), providing a cost-effective option for long-term campers.
- Extra Tent Fee: A small charge for an additional tent on a site.
- Day Guest Fees: Nominal fees for visitors not staying overnight.
- Dump Station Use: Free upon departure for campers, with a small fee for arrival use.
- Honey Wagon Service: Septic pump-out service available upon request (pricing may vary).
- Pavilion Rental: Available for group gatherings for a daily fee.
The true "promotion" is the value offered by the unique experience itself—the privacy, the creek access, and the highly praised owner interaction. To get the most accurate and current information on specific rates, availability, and any potential offers that might be available for new bookings or extended stays, prospective campers are strongly encouraged to contact Out on the Creek Campground directly. Customer Reviews
Our favorite place to camp & unwind. It's completely private, there's plenty of space to roam and play in the creek, & the owners are great people. Last year we left a power cord behind. They reached out & delivered it to a family member for us. That's service!!
We had tent site 2 for 2 nights and it was awesome! The area is huge and it was private. It's very clean and the owner is very nice. We hope to go back soon! Absolutely loved it❤️
Great place to gather with friends and family. The owners are wonderful people, always there to serve with a smile and kind words.
This review pertains only to the online customer support for the campground. I reserved a tent campsite for $25 ahead of a planned weekend trip. The reservation process was very easy and done through Facebook Messenger and Venmo. They were quick to respond to my messages and provided great information about the campground. I ran into some car trouble just shy of a week before my reservation, resulting in me having to cancel my reservation. I contacted the campground online via Facebook messenger and they were able to cancel the reservation and provide a full refund. I never made it to the campground itself, but the online customer support provided by the campground was fantastic!
Nice stop in north Tennessee. Small, but great spot
