Over Price. Greedy landlords that say they will do something and don't. They raise the rent with every repair. I have waited an entire 12 a year and counting to have my bathroom repaired. They are so greedy they will raise the rent even if you are a single parent! They don't care about anything about you and it shows, by what isn't done and by what they do if you chose to speak up 4 yourself!
