Customer Reviews
It's pretty corrupt of this ignorant land lord to kick me out of this park for calling DCS on this Mexican neighbor. No reason for kicking me out for calling DCS on a Mexican cheating her way up to be a US citizen.
I love this trailer court! Driving through I felt like I was on Rodeo Drive, the yards and homes are neat and we'll kept. One time I was walking through and thought I was going to pee my pants, a woman saw the anguish on my face and asked if I would like to use her restroom. I was so thankful for the clean friendly environment and the opportunity to use her urination station. Thanks Parkview! Keep up the excellent management!
Lot rent Alittle high no one in office some trailers need reminded to maintain their yard and trailer. 5/5/18 tried to come into drive and unsupervised kids would not move left message for management
It looks like a run down trailer park all the trailers are so old and tore up it honestly to me makes that side of Vincennes look trashy and the sad part about it is that it's right next to Gregg park which is nice looking place decent amount of toys for the kids to play on, a bandstand and they keep the grass well trimmed and with that trailer court next to it in my opinion makes it look bad and that's pretty sad to me they need to either upgrade their trailers or get rid of it all together its so bad that my friend lives in one of those trailers and it's got such a bad water leak that you can hear the water gushing underneath his trailer and he has to turn his water off every night so it don't run up his water bill and it's been like that for a while and they still have not came out to fix it that's pretty sad in my book bad property owners
Nice rural area to live,I think.Area was clean & clutter free.No eye sores.I could live there comfortably but I already own my home.
