I had many questions regarding why the particular home I was interested in was still available, and she was honest & upfront with the reasons, which I appreciated. Anne stopped over the day my mom moved in to check on things & when I see Anne she asks me every time how my mom is doing. The community has been great & my mom also has kind neighbors which makes my heart happy.

My monthly lot rent works for my budget and when I combine it with my mortgage, it's comparable to what I would be spending to live elsewhere. I love my neighbors and the fact that we socialize but still are able to maintain our own personal spaces.
