I wish I can give them a 0 star. The guy named Ron or Derone or whatever is very disrespectful, he is the rudest person ever, he must be the owner as he don’t have anyone else there and refuse to escalate, otherwise, like another review said, he should be terminated. Do not waste your money in application fees, YOU WILL REGRET IT. There is no customer service here and Ron in the office has a nasty attitude, we were trying to give them a chance. Look somewhere else. This guy is not capable to be working on that office and running things. They close most of the time, phones are not being answered and the mailbox is full. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I put in my application on the after the 20th of April my application results are STILL not back. I've gone multiple times in the past few weeks to the office and most of the time no one's there during office hours. Seems like he Dodges your calls if he knows your number. At this point I think they just take people's money and never fill the spots because if you drive through there there's multiple trailers that are open I honestly don't know.. if I was the owner I would fire the current manager cause he's not doing his job AT ALL. I KNOW MY FIANCE AND I MAKE ENOUGH AND I KNOW WE BOTH PASSED BACKGROUND CHECKS SO THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS TO TAKE THIS LONG. Had to pay another month's rent at my place just waiting on an answer which I still have not gotten.. SHAMEFUL 💯 WHAT IS HE DOING ALL DAY?? If you check the other reviews is obviously not helping the people that actually live there already sooo?? I'm contacting the BBB today 🤗 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR EFFORT 🫠

My kids father started renting here in the winter of 2024, after 3 weeks, heat wouldn't work, it's march 2025, still no heat. They didn't show up to court for him responding to not paying because he can't get anyone to come fix it. Noone is ever there to answer. Not to mention when he signed the lease, he took the kids over that night to see it, they took a few things. Next evening, when they went to stay, all the stuff they took were gone. Daughters pictures and drawings in the trash can, but her trophy and my all my sons 10 1/2 mens Jordan's were gone. AFTER getting the keys a maintenance man entered and I guess cleared what he assumed was left AFTER THE LEASE WAS SIGNED AND KEYS HANDED OVER, he went in and removed and kept whatever he found. My son never got his shoes back , and months later they found my daughters trophy. My sister in law across rhe street seen the maintenance man here that day. It has totally went down hill there over the years. Used to be nice. It's the owners, maintenance people , etc that are causing it do go to shit. The tenants and people are trying to get the assistance they r entitled to as renters and etc. People are scared to with hold rent and go to court, so it's getting over looked and passed by. Renters, yall have rights!!! Stand together and get what you are paying for. Do not keep paying , put that money away like ypu are paying and demand your residence be maintained! Respond and go to.court and speak up!!!! They are also required to keep the outside up, they don't do that either! They are required to have people come and treat for roaches etc, they don't do that! They allow the trash at the mail boxes to pile up which results to insects critters etc. Stand up!!!!! They can't keep pushing people out , and getting away with this. Someone has to be held accountable

I was scheduled to move in Pine Lake Community June 5. I did not sign my lease until June 6. When I arrived to the trailer after signing my lease, I noticed that it was no cold or hot water. I have plumbing issues. I was given the opportunity to move to another trailer, but that trailer looked like someone was still living there. I am still unable to live in my trailer because I have Plumbing problems. I ask the manager if I go ahead and get all the issues fixed can I have a compensation? And I was told no. The maintenance people do not know what they are doing. The manager is disrespectful, He do not know how to conduct his self.
