don’t not move here they will try to keep your security deposit when you move out and they don’t fix nothing the girl ashley n Jeanetta have horrible people skills and they keep saying about corporate has to process my move out it been 3 months since i move out that slump

Ms. Johnetta, is a valuable asset to Pine Meadows. I am a 12 year residence and have gone through the not so good, horribly bad, and now very professional property managers. I just wish that I could have a porch like the newer homes have. All in all I enjoy my home. I don't understand how rent keeps increasing yet, my deeps snd porch are rotting. There are potholes that are becoming sink holes. Many neighbors have moved out in rotation.

One of the managers, her names Angel, she was very informative and has great customer service. Nothing but great things to say about them. They are understanding and informs you if something needs to be corrected consistently, 10/10 recommend.

Really, what can I say? Let’s start here. I’ve been saying to my Fiancé (Jeff) that I want a house or preferably a Mobile Home and I wanted 3 Bedrooms. Well, one day, we just so happen to come pass Pine Meadow Estates and we applied. Long story short we did everything we were suppose to do and well, we are in our home with the option to purchase in 2 years. Ms/Mrs Angel and Ms/Mrs Johnetta have been extremely pleasant through our process. Thanks for having us as a part of the Pine Meadow Estates Community. Truly, The Marshalls

The property manager has a nasty attitude. And is very unprofessional. If you were not the type of person who stives for being a better person. You would want to get physical with her. She wasn't at the office when she was suppose to be. I was talking To Matthew on Turbo Tenant while she lied to him about her where abouts. A property manager like this is bad for business.
