I've lived here for almost 5 years. It's quiet and I have a few stray cats that I feed and give them water to drink as well. Nobody really bothers us since we do keep to ourselves. At one time they did have rent to own but I don't know if they still do that.

I’m a disabled veteran. I tried to move out to the park but I was given the price run around. I was told they had a move in special at 550 but got a phone call saying if my credit takes more than a day I have to pay 1420 to move in. Then the following day I get a call about moving in and my price changed to 1900. Main thing is I’m not about to be stuck with a price that can easily change due to nothing wrong on my end.

I love what the community is coming to me personally I don’t like the lot rent price but at the end of the day life isn’t free. Keep up the marvelous cleaning and getting rid of the ones that shouldn’t upset our atmosphere. I have to give special thanks and a shout out to Tonya and Jeff the guy who drives the ford truck. They help out a lot and our well manner park friendly leaders. Not sure the other lady name that was helping Tonya I think or if she even around any more haven’t seen her but she does her job as well when I made a complaint about the homeless traffic been in the wash room. Thanks once again keep up the great work. I see and recognize the extra man power coming aboard as well.

The 5 star review is not for the mobile home park but for Ms. Tonya the property manager. Ms. Tonya cares about the tenants on Sea Breeze. She is kind, compassionate and understanding. She is willing to explain any questions you may have and listens to any concerns. She is a hard worker and makes time for all of her tenants no matter how busy she is. She handled issues with professionalism and grace. Ms. Tanya is a true asset to Sea Breeze especially as high the turnover has been and ownership. There should be more employees like Ms. Tonya who care about their tenants instead of it being just a job and a paycheck. You never know what a person is going through and a smile and kindness don't cost anything and makes a world of difference. Thank you Ms. Tonya!

The park itself is working on cleaning itself up, but the office management - Tonya and Brooke - are phenomenal. They are working very hard to get the place into shape while enforcing rules and making it as safe as possible. They have some work ahead of them, but they are dedicated to revamping the park and making it a better community. Thank you, Tonya and Brooke!
