This is the worst place to live that I have ever seen in my life. I applied to an ad saying it was a new unit and when I arrived to look at it that unit was non existent. They running a bate and switch con job to get people to come and look at dilapidated trailers. The unit advertised was not available and they tried to sell me a pissy smelling garbage filled condemned trailer. I was so upset that they wasted my time and had the audacity to offer up a crap hole as a replacement. Stay away from this place at all costs! Don't fall for the bate and switch! They may also be farming your personal information because they require an application before you can even see a unit.
Very quiet and nice community, my parents been here for 17 years and I recently moved there about almost a year I love it here nick the property manager is very professional and friendly he makes sure that he takes care of your problem quickly I will definitely recommend this park for anyone looking for a clean friendly neighborhood to live in with no problems.
I live in these trailer park and but we about to move out cause it's a leak on the roof it been there for about 6 months and they don't fixed looks like about 3 square foot of the ceiling is about to fall down and also a hole on the floor where my kids can get hurt. They suppose to fix it about 6 weeks ago but they didn't . I don't know what is going on.
Pretty quiet except for loud music in cars driving thru. Yards and porches really starting to look bad. People have big dogs, either chained up or loose.
I visit there at least once a month, always kids are playing in the street or climbing trees o inside the trailers , because there are no playgrounds and they can't put one near the trailers ground or put up fences, there are people that can't afford going to places or go near a playground because there is none. Some keep it clean and organize others have a mess
