May 04, 2025 · Deb NybergJust getting started, so you need to give them some slack. They have nice storage units for each spot and you can walk to the river right there. They have a dog exercise area and some laundry facilities on site (although the machines are quite old). Still a good price for what you get and it should do nothing but get better!
May 30, 2018 · Judith WyoThe camp manager is absolutely the nicest lady you could hope for! The camp is clean and quiet. Nice shower, great laundry with new washers and dryers! Gettiing cable and internet hooked up was no problem at all and SO NICE to have at a very affordable price! Storage unit comes in so handy! Pet friendly. Kid friendly. Not far from town. Great place to call home. Always felt safe. Always knew the manager would help out in any way she could!
Mar 02, 2019 · Kelly JohnsonWe were there for one week and couldn’t wait to get out. The bathrooms were locked because people steal the shower curtains, we couldn’t get a promised storage unit since there was junk from the previous tenants still in them, lots of stickers and mosquitos. Campsites very cramped. We had a tenant come up to our door and ask us if we would haul his rented camper to Roundtop for him then found that several trailers have been stolen from there. We paid $650 which they won’t refund to stay in an unkept park. The only positive thing I have to say is the camp host is very nice.
Nov 02, 2020 · Bonnie DavidsonI have lived here 3 years and the main reason I stay is the price and the wonderful management team. The white rock that has been piled up has been finally been moved (except for one tiny pile, I mean really!) The rock has been placed around the drives to fill in the holes. But the very worst thing that has happened is the 100 year old tree has been cut down! Yes there was a couple of dead branches but the leaves were coming out looking to be very much alive. I am so sad that this beautiful tree was cut down. With it gone it looks so bare. I think it is a travesty for someone to approve cutting down a beautiful piece of history.
