Landlord doesn't fix things when suppose to and sheriff's always at park day and night at two neighbors house for complaint. We pay rent every month and our doors aren't fixed yet or screens still not put in/ fixed.

This is a joint owned park. I mean it is a couple owned park. Dennis is a pretty decent landlord. His trailers are very decently priced and he is willing to work with you to a degree of course. I think the only thing he lacks is more help around the park. While the hurricane (harvey) hit if pretty hard dennis has gotten it looking good again. 4 out of 5 stars would rent from here again

They need to clean this place up big time. A lot of Mobile homes falling part and some have split into from Hurricane Michael. Junk all throughout the Mobile park. Landlord charges way to much to live in junk!
