It appears management and Ajr Homes dont care about certain residents. We had Kentucky Blue Grass sod put down in June 2018. Maintenance cut brand new sod down to dirt and ruined sod. I have waited patiently for them to fix. It is now the end of October. They finally replaced some of sod and then left section completely bare. The original sod and water was at my expense. I have been told many stories by General manager. If you like being lied to and put off this is the place for you. UPDATE!!!!!!! Maintenance strikes again! Here is a photo of trim job next to service lines. Great job ridgewood you are the best. Why not just kill the rest of the yard too! They kill it so they dont have to maintain it. I've already done the maintenance. Why are you even my yard? Does it really look like you need to worry about my grass? When I ask management about it they just tell me it will grow back. Nice response to someone making our community look nice. I've been a resident here for 9 yrs. Nice way to say Thank you.

I've been here for 14 years. The water is the worst I've seen in all my years. They are totally out of control about raising the Rent. Most are on a fixed income, but they don't seem to care. Do not buy a home from AJR!!!!

Pickup item from seller. Park is huge, well kept roadways and double wide modular homes. Looks like a retirement community from what we saw; several elderly couples but still a really well kept place

Poor management, rusty? Or whatever is in it water and no response on emails in regards to it. Got skipped right over it, when I asked about it. There are always parking issues, you basically can't have guests unless you pick them up in town....Micro management all around. Every year they find something to give you a written warning about, this year was a stack of patio chairs wrapped up in a patio cover put to the back side of the stairs...they are there for 4 years and now it's not okay..... things like that. The maintenance crew does an amazing job and the guys work hard, it always looks nice.

The community is nice, but beware...if you are on a fixed income you may want to think twice. I have lived here for 8 years and the cost of lot rent and addition of water and sewage bills have raised my rent by $100.00 a month. They are raising rent another $20.00 per month in January....during a national health and financial emergency.
