Customer Reviews
Well they can't fix anything because they are too busy giving out write-ups...broken bike is with the trash...not trash day. If you literally have anything in your yard including a single chair to sit outside in you get written up gym hasn't be available in over a year and pool is rearly open. If I didn't buy a home here I would have been out after the first year contract. Should have known after living here for 6 months the office threatened to take me to court because they did not submit my original contract "their fault" also and tried to jack my rent up like 70 bucks
I have owned there since 2012. It's a great place to live it has a lot to offer a lot of amenities. Issues I live in it perfect located area. There's going to be drama wherever you live whether it's in a subdivision or not. But they're always looking to renovate and update anything that they have in place or things that they've added to make it a beautiful well kept up place for the community.
Park is well maintained and nice. Sometimes it’s hard to get maintenance out to do work. Honestly the worst part is the neighbors. They attack each other on social media for no reason. Seems like a bunch of bored housewives who want to get into it with people. I love my rental & the location but the neighbors are so god awful. Very judgmental and rude all around no matter what part of the park you live in. What little sense of community people try to create others will tear it done with hate. What a shame.
Nice place, roads are nice new manufacturer homes. The club house is nice with a community pool and splash pad. Park always has some kind of event going on and would recommend it highly for a place that is active with lots of kids.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I've moved out the end of September. Wasn't given the opportunity to do a walkthrough. The staff decided they didn't want to work that day. We had to drop the keys in the rent box with the site number and I added my new address. Still didn't matter, these guys are still trying to charge me for rent/fees. This is the second time. The first time they said the software was new and they are working the bugs out. This was in November and they charged me $1800+. Now January rolls around and they charge me again, this time just over $73. Also, they refused to give me back my full deposit. I asked them to see the proof I damaged the floor. I told the lady I have proof what it looked like when I moved in and they refused to fix it. They just gave me the number to corporate. They are a damn joke as well. I've called them over five times with zero responses back. Save yourself money and stress, go somewhere else. These people are ridiculous. A buddy of mine lives in another park Cider Mills owns and he's having issues as well. I laughed and said, "Good luck buddy."
