I have lived in North Bay for almost 25 years. I have seen a lot of changes, both good, and not so good, as is bound to happen when there are changes. I do want to give some positive recognition to our current manager, Stacee, who goes over and above the call of duty, in getting our questions answered and issues resolved on a timely basis. She is one busy lady, but will take the time to talk to you,and make sure all your concerns have been addressed. Then, she jumps into action and gets things done! Kudos to Stacee! She is the kind of person and manager that you hope you will not leave.
i was visiting a friend who lives at North Bay Harbor Club and was very impressed by the appearance of this park! This is not your average mobile home park, the lake area is beautiful and people take care of their yards…I will be looking to move here someday! Kudos to the person managing this park!
If you are looking for a new place to call home for yourself and family, look no further! North Bay is a beautiful community with upkept homes and incredible management! Stacee and Cindy in the main office are always happy to help and attentive to any problems you may have. I will always be recommending North Bay to friends and family!

Visiting family at this location, the manager Stacy behaved extremely unprofessionally threatening to kick our family out off the property because we parked incorrectly. She later showed up at 9pm that night, refused to leave the property when asked so she could deliver a copy of covenants and restrictions. Would not look here unless you want to be persecuted and harassed by manager.
