Manager Chris is very racist, he starts fights with only black people! He had my friend evicted because he's black, no other reason. He should be ashamed of himself, he better look out I heard they were sueing him! I wouldn't move there!
Just my opinion...one of the best moblie home communities to live...clean...safe...property is very well taken care of....and the manager is very helpful
Need to "enforce" the rule on size and breeds of dogs allowed. Maybe go door to door in person to verify. People aren't going to volunteer info that they have large, aggressive breed dogs. Not a bad place to live but I've been there less than 5 years and lot rent goes up every year. 2 years in a row, Federal cost of living adjustment went up 2.5%, but lot rent goes up 8%. Was $456 when I first moved here now it's $636 and they aren't offering any services to compensate for it like free water or free trash pickup or mowing of our lawns. At the rate the rent is going up, in less than 10 years it will be $1000 a month. They cut down a few trees and move out or rehab dilapidated homes and use that as the excuse for raising our rent. Put new windows and sprinklers at rhe office and raised our rent. Why? Next year it will be for new siding and roof on the office. Home owners don't benefit from it. Mail room is always a mess. Weeds growing everywhere. Try putting down weed mat before the mulch next time. They blame it on higher housing cost but they aren't providing housing, just the lot. Call them selves a superior community, but it's not. It's still just a trailer park. When the housing market crashes again will they lower the rent? No. Greed!!!!! Sorry Riverview Estates, but I wish I never bought here.
A super place to live everybody looks out for each other best neighborhood in the city
Been living here a while. Nice place. Clean kept. Quiet. Management has good intentions, but the groundskeeper has recently transitioned into being quite nagging about trivial things that weren't previously issues. Aside from the slightly overzealous 'be a good neighbor' papers - this is certainly a wonderful home community. Would recommend!
