Was very disappointed in the organization and management of this establishment. Called the day prior to see about reservations and was told first come, first serve. Which that is fine, was told everything would be out until about noon and to call about an hr before to make sure they had anything available, again not a problem. Fast forward 24 hours. Call an hr before we planned on going and was told it would be 2 pm before they had anything. That works out since I'm an hr away and still had to get ready. Arrive at 145pm and was told nothing until 330pm. Asked if we could go ahead and fill out waiver form and pay so we would secure our spot in line and was told we couldn't do it at that time. 330pm rolls around and people that had came in after us started loading up to go out. Went inside and found out that people coming in after us were able to fill out forms and there was 6 group forms with people on them. I get that the Corona has everything messed up right now but from my observation even if it wasn't involved, the organization would have still been terrible. Waited over 2 hours just to have to walk away. Highly unlikely that we will ever attempt to go back here.

Don’t waste your money people! Company not organized at all! We were told a time and waited three hours for the next kayak trip, along with other families and they took other people who walked right in.......not sure how or why that happened but you lost our business along with other families not very professionally run!
