Good. He fixes everything that needs it. But he doesnt open the Park at all. And when its open and kids are playing they go and kick them out.
Nice clean trailer park. Clean playground and in close proximity to restaurants/stores.
We work there occasionally. Nice people that live there.
It's amazing that this village is filled with "builders" who build multi-million dollar homes but they live in modest simple homes....
