I am new to Center Point, and really enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and hard working friendly people that live within Serenity Hills. Aside from the poser, Bob who presents himself as owner and manager of the park. Which he is not! Bob is a relative of the owners and walks the neighborhood and tries to play like park security/inspection officer. During his daily routine he is a master of sneaking around and eavesdropping and peeping in and around to spy on people and make threats to young tenants for his own personal amusement.
The road inside the mobile home park needs attention like yesterday! If the road gets fixed so your not driving in pot hole the rating will go up.
Gotta know somebody here as per our lease agreement but I love living here. Outside of town but within walking distance. Close to the river and only thirty minutes from Bandera or Kerrville.
The place needs work, but its cheeper than most and a good place to settle for at least the time being till better place is found.
