Shady is right! If you want zero hookups, feelings of being unsafe and horrible management… This place is for you! For the rest of us it’s an absolute nightmare! We left without even parking! Run don’t walk away!

We lived there for 3 years and it was complete misery. Very trashy, management was very rude and not professional a at all! Very expensive lot rent for what? Dont move here! I'm so glad we got out when we did! I would rather live under a bridge than in this trailer park. I was always on time on lot rent but was treated horribly!

The manager did tell one of the residents that her visitor had to be on the lease, I know he was just visiting. And he doesn't pay the electric. And when my son was helping us move things around, he said something to my landlord, so I guess you can't have visitors or helpers unless their on the lease

Nice, quiet, and friendly! No one is in your face or business and one small squabble doesn't get you thrown out! A big one will, but everyone has a whits-end and yelling arguments are over looked. Go no further:)
