Can't say enough bad things here! Made reservations, drove for hours, and when we arrived, we didn't have clue to where our site was. Was told someone would meet us, they didn't, gave us vage instructions, and a oh by the way everything is washed out and you better make a plan before you pull in. There are a bunch of full timers and old run-down units. What pictures you see here is totally different from reality! They didn't even have the courtesy to call us and warn us of all the damage to the road around the property. Mickey Mouse operation! Stay away from this nightmare! Zero stars for this dump!

The price is good. The people are very nice and friendly. Restrooms are very clean but not much water pressure in the shower. The downside is no wifi or TV service. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. Nice to use as home base while exploring the area.

Mostly long term occupants but they do have some shady open spots on the lower section. There are a lot of dips and curves to get to this section and you should walk it before barreling down there. Might want to remove WDH before going down there. Otherwise great place with nice people to call and arrange your stay.
