The website doesn't provide any information on available rental but for some reason let's you look up current property owners. No available contact information or working phone number is available. Nor is there any information on who to contact if you are interested in a rental. Was hoping to inquire about potential availabilities But since I can't contact anyone to even attempt to do that, I gotta give one star because because failure to communicate as a business entity is a pretty big failure.

I don’t know if it was the manager or who it was. But, I was driving a Truck around going maybe 5 over not realizing the speed limit was only 5 mph, because I don’t live in a Trailer Park nor do I ever visit them. A guy in a red pickup truck decided he wanted to cut my work truck off & block me in. (Which is illegal) not sure if he’s a property manager, a neighbor, or an owner of the trailer parks. Either way, it’s NEVER your place to block someone else’s car in especially, a work truck! That is VERY illegal! He decided to report me for not realizing the speed limit was 5 when I was going around 10. He claimed to my manager I was going like 20-25 ish which, is hilarious because, if you’ve ever been in these trailer parks they have speed bumps like every 25 ft or so. So, going 20-25 mph isn’t really possible lol. In other words, he stretched the truth of me only going about 5 over into me going “15-20 over”. Doesn’t surprise me after reading someone else saying that one of the managers (I believe it’s Keith) is apparently a liar. He threatened to call the cops on me as well. I’m sure the cops have better things to do than to tell someone who’s trying to do their job that they accidentally went 5 mph over the speed limit. Blocking someone in is NOT ok & ILLEGAL!

This place is the most disgusting dump I have ever had the displeasure of accidentally driving through. It literally smells of sewage because it is located directly off the septic plant and salt Creek! Prime real estate right there! Who ever owns it won't even put in real roads! It's literally like off reading! The mission looks amazing compared to having to live there! I am extremely disappointed that Google is making me give it even 1 star! My condolences to all who have no choice but to live here! Ewwwww!

I started staying with my brother in law here and that was a nightmare but I got in touch with Keith that runs the park and he worked with me to get me in a trailer within four days great little trailer. I did have to clean it but no big deal glad to be in our own place again

I had to go drop off a friend who was staying there. The potholes I was sure was going to rip my undercarriage out from my car. It's dirty, smelly there. I've been homeless before and I'd sleep on a bench before I'd live in this place. Nasty!!!!
