Quiet and peaceful place to spend some time. Bathroom and shower are a little rustic, but clean and operational. Good hot water. Full hookups or the camper were easy and worked great. Didn't have one mosquito bite and they usually love me. I assume they do something to keep them away. It works. Very pleased with our pondside camping spot.
