I have been staying here for years on my way south for the winter. They play a large part in me and my wife getting south and then home in the spring safely. The trip is long and as I get older it becomes an Oasis in our adventure, we pull in right off Route 65 and in the morning get right back on to restart my trip. We are able to catch some TV and set and eat and a shower and wake up refreshed. They are easy to make reservations with, and full hookup and they are not hard on those Fixed Incomes, So please be safe in your travels and use Stoney Creek as that Oasis like we do. Thank you, Stoney Creek,

Was there this past weekend, (7/30/20 - 8/2/20) and it was nothing short of beautiful. Great, quiet, little spot on a hilltop surrounded by mountains and pastures. Very friendly people, and close to Lake Watauga. Can't beat the price! When I go back to this area of TN again, definitely going to check availability.
