Customer Reviews
I have lived here for a while for around 6 years and for the most part the park has been going down hill there is an increasing number of pot holes in the neighborhood that has remained unfilled also the prices continue to rise. Sometimes driving around can be dificult due to cars parked on the side of the road. The people who live here are very nice and keep there yards well kept.
Friends are living in there or about to and so far so good! Well at least I thought it was good until further the days went on...so they had 3 couples living there and 2 spaces to park and no parking in the grass or on the curb to the road. So they found out the hard way. Couple 1 left car on curb at night and it got snatched up by a tow truck. $325 to get it out. Couple weeks later other couple backed on to grass and it got snatched up also. $325. The manager of the park is a &^%$.
I wouldn't recommend this trailer park even to my worst enemy! This place was so talked up by the woman selling the trailer, she said it was a family friendly place and very well maintained. Ummmm NO it's not. I mean by all means move here if you'd like your home broke into twice, things stolen from your yard, drugs being sold just across the street from your home, or your very own car towed from your home which cost you 275.00 to get from the car towing place! During holidays be careful about having family over or their car could be towed if parked along the street (just like others, but you never see them towed.) Hoping to relocate very soon!
Over charging for rent during a pandemic which is immoral, unprofessional, unreasonable, and unjustifiable. Pandemic aside they raise the rent often and outside of the reasonable cost of living and then continues to raise the rent. The property management is under trained, under qualified, and likewise unprofessional. The rent is currently $515 pm and I'm sure soon to rise again. They allow drug dealers, drug addicts, gang members, etc even though they do background checks that are supposed to prevent consecutively unsavory individuals from moving into the community. The property manager herself got into a relationship with a life long woman beater, who assaults every female who crosses him, I mean that with all provable sincerity. Corporate influence is literally non existent and strictly following a code of non compliance. All they care about is raising the rent regardless if it's morally or legally justifiable. In a time where the entire world is in chaos over a viral pathogen taking more lives than anyone could have predicted. When jobs are still to this day pumping out the layoffs, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and a world at the Verge of utter financial collapse. That a corporate troll could so often and so drastically raise lot rent without reason, without justifiable purpose. The park Manager is borderline personality, her openly physically abusive partner who is a long time career criminal, drug addicted sociopath and a born danger to society and women in general. The neighborhood floods sewage more than run off during small storms, and many many more embarrassing and unecessary facts about this mobile home park I could go on about. What once was a close knit community has disintegrated into a cattle hall for cash cows, and a drug fueled trailer park mafia left to fester by the corporation even after all the evidence and legitimate claims and complaints about the issues at hand. Are played off as off they are taking your complaints and comments into account. Only to no matter what have to walk outside and worry about my neighbor being a drug addled career criminal and what level of unhinged he could become. There is no rating low enough for the trailer park or it's corporate influence. Don't take my word for it.. if you're interested in moving here. Knock on some doors. Ask the neighbors here in the community. This once was a quiet, nice place to live. But you'll have to pay for a background check that doesn't matter because they don't care. They just want your money. I wish you all the best. Stay safe, god bless.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I've lived in this mobile home park since 2016. Here's a list of things that anyone should be aware of before moving here: 1. In 2017 the lot rent was increased by $35 "for improvements to the community". Only improvements made we're repainting the speed bumps twice a year, even though the roads were in pretty sad repair. The new manager Crystal, also towed my husbands vehicle 3 days before a hurricane, that was sitting in our own driveway, because it hadn't moved in a few weeks. It was broken down and we were saving money to repair it. Cars parked all over the side of the streets making it difficult to manuever. 2. In 2018, the lot rent increased again by $60 "for improvements to the community". Again, only repainted speed bumps twice that year. Additionally, the back street flooded so badly due to inadequate drainage (which management had been aware of for several years) when it rains, that my car got flooded in my driveway to the point that I had to have a new motor put in. Also again, street parking and more pot holes. 3. In 2019 already the lot rent is set to increase again by another $45 "for improvements to the community". Where are these improvements? I received a final notice (for which I never received a first notice) about a broken blind. Just one. It's not even broken, my son had a toy leaned against it which pulled it down a bit. Again, street parking and more pot holes. The worst of which has now been filled in with unpacked clay dirt. It's rained for the past 3 days...what do you think happened to that dirt? The manager Crystal, blatantly disregards the terms of the lease for whomever she chooses. In the lease it states no work is to be done on vehicles in driveways. She completely looked the other way as a full on vehicle PAINTING TENT was erected 2 doors down from her office for over two weeks. She is never in the office during business hours, nor does she answer the phone. When she was informed about my car motor I was told "you have insurance so..." I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret it, just like I do.
