First time for me do you ever be there in experience the community and the clubhouse. I was helping my bestie celebrate her 90th birthday. We had a wonderful time it was a great crowd the food was excellent, the music being played by her two sons and their musical groups were awesome! The community itself is very clean, welcoming very pleasant I'm beautiful. I will be visiting my friend there again soon and enjoying your community.

Went to this park a few times just 2 check out the manufactured homes they are cleaning the park up but 4 the lot fees they charge they would really have 2b as good as Water Oak Country Club/Lady Lake 4 me 2 spend that $ just 2 lease a piece of land. You are able to buy a manufactured home & you can even have one built and they are beautiful and a great price it's just I don't think this park is worth the lot fees, you need to clean it up quite a bit more, make it a gated community all around the land and a lot more activities and cut down on renters since they don't care as much as owners

This is a great community. It is safe, clean, many amenities two swimming pools, great exercise room with new equipment, beautiful social hall. They have a great staff who are very helpful and caring. I was there in April and May when my sister- in- law passed The staff was very caring and went out of their way to help with the selling and removing things. I would highly recommend living there
