When they owe you money they won’t make a peep and you won’t see a dime, yet if you owe even a single cent you’ll be hounded. This park features meth at every other door, police raids (with no resolution to the meth), and fireworks all year around. If this was a different park/company that actually cared about their tenants and the community then the location is fantastic. But due to the lack of care it’s run down and I’d stay far away.

Friendly good people. This court seems to have a decent group and it's well taken care of yet not over managed or in the tenants privacy like others in the area I've seen. Excellent location and it seems to be a decent neighborhood outside of the court too.
Put a sticker on my driver's window cause I stopped at o visit a friend...left sticky glue all over my window...I wouldn't recommend this dive of a trailer court to my worst enemy... If I could rate it a big goose egg I surely would
Street is terrible, kind of hard to drive through since cars are parked everywhere and very dangerous when making the turn to go uphill cause taller vehicles are blocking sight of anyone coming. The street isn't wide enough and there are pets running around loose, big chance of hitting someone's pet there.
