I stayed at Frederick’s RV Park for the winter. Rachel, the manager, and Billy, the head of maintenance, are awesome. The other support staff is also friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need. If something goes wrong, it is fixed or taken care of immediately. They go above and beyond for their tenants. The park also has high speed WiFi, which is a huge plus. They’re fun people too and throw poker games, Thanksgiving meals, Halloween shindigs, and New Year’s Eve parties. There is talk of movie nights as well. I always felt safe living there as a single woman too. It’s a gated community and they don’t tolerate unsavory types there. Highly recommended!
