• Kathy constantly lies posted on next door and a lot of people are coming forward with the same issues. They don't take care of the trees and keep raising rent with no improvement or even holding their end of the lease. District never called called back for a property issues we have with her taking the owner of the home off the lease then after adding her back on in January is trying to collect from prior to when we lived here. It's to the point where we have legal involvement for a lawsuit against the park. Avoid it at all cost and if any one else had issues similar please reach out we would be happy to get statements or see if we can get you added the the suit.

• Kathy is very two-faced. One minute she wants to be friendly and the next she’s trying to hand you a 30 day eviction notice when you clearly are up to date on your rent. And when you ask for your paperwork she calls the cops on you and then bans you from even coming into the office. Worse place I’ve ever lived

• The noise and smell from the pump house is unbearable. The roads do not drain water properly. Asphalt is turning into gravel.

• Just wait for the experience overgrown yards junk all over the place . Loud music from People who don't live here a.t.v dirt bikes up and down the rode again from people who don't live here . Looking to move into a fantastic park that does not enforce rules . And looks like a nice place to hoard you found your spot . Brand new homes next to dump sites.
